Khaled Hosseini hates ethnic Afghans, who are called Pashtoons! He himself belongs to the Qazilbash tribe (with Turkish Shia roots) that came from Iran 200 years ago. He should excuse because people like him (Qizilbash), that are employed in the Afghan administration until today profited from the Farsi-centrated education and political system in Afghanistan. The true Afghan language (Pashto) and the ethnic Afghans (Pashtoons) were oppressed.

i hope the movie is as good as the book, and please dont make all the hazaras look like chinky, most hazaras are fine looking and we don look anythin like chinese ppl, we're hot! hazara for life, afghan untill i die
