I agree Bob, that should have been just a "hard landing" but I guess the ground was frozen and the wing was built a little light. We like to OVER build our planes and enjoy 3 minute flights! =) Good flying! Thanks for posting!
why is that happened? is reinforcement inside wing, D box or similar construction weak? there is no serious impact on video.this is sad situation i know the feeling.
Electrics can be flown without AMA. If anyone wants to know. Never join a gas club, some will give you a tiny place on one side. They will deny use of the runway.
Motor gliders look cool on video but when you own one its very boring. Use a line of end up quitting.... 30 years exp....

@realtvnow _ Have you quit flying yet? Foam is boring and is only fun for 2 weeks- and using a motor on a glider is super boring..........use a line.

Clubs are no good, none of 'em. Learn how to wash both your hands and you wont need or want to join anything.
