Stopping Power Pro only increases damage to helicopters and stuff.

Bling Pro is 2 attachments on secondaries

1.) On Upgradable Perks: They're not just the same perk tuned to a higher degree (at least, most aren't). What they generally do is add another skill to the perk. Stopping Power Pro lets you take out choppers faster, for instance. Sleight of Hand Pro lets you aim down the sights faster.

2.) As a pro at COD4, you'll probably advance at COD:MW2 faster. That's why we want to see your videos. We want to hear your strategies. Assuming there's commentary, of course.

Forgot to say I DO agree with you on potential brokenness though. Silenced Sniper Rifles and Shotguns? Predator Missles? The Pave Low at a 9 kill streak, while the regular chopper is still at a 7? Perks issue:

The thing about now is that we only know there are around 4 perks for each perk class. They basically replaced most of them in say weapon attachments (double tap, deep impact, etc.) and upgradable perks in that sense. As people said below, Stopping Power Pro increases damage done to air support. Things like Hardline lets you have a kill streak earlier by one kill whereas Hardline Pro gives you a death streak one death early. Sleight of Hand Pro lets you sight in faster.

Death Streak issue:

The thing about Death Streaks is so that if you're doing bad at a certain point (say, getting spawn killed because your team can't push out) you can have some sort of thing to bring you out of the slump. Of course, we know that newer players will benefit most from this but I played a game yesterday and got spawn killed for the very reason above so I can see use for Death Streaks. Not to mention that it only applies after (every?) 4 kills.

death streaks wont be a big deal, if you've killed someone 5 times in a row, them having your gun shouldn't change that, they are just trying to make it more accessible for new comers, they made the game very balanced. if the game was all about skill, then people who just pick up the game wont be pissed for getting killed a bunch of times
