not true he loses controle yet again when he fights Ulquiolla, it turns out all hollows can reach a second stage after their innetial release, so ichigo was geting his ass kicked (again)then boom transforms to a new hallow form and completly destroys ulquiolla (ps ulquiolla was in his second form also , not the sword form but a new one just like ichigo) oh and in this form your nearly immoratla instant regen and black cero(=cero x 1000!)
