I remember when this song came on the radio in 2001. I just buried a my stillborn, Jacob, the month prior, so my grief was so raw. I contracted CMV and while pregnant this virus can damange a baby, or kill. Mine was the latter. I know he was given/ taken away for a purpose. I just couldn't get the thought out of my head that he was in heaven with Jesus, my love was so deep for him, but Jesus' was deeper. He had all the love he need. I sure would of loved to raise him, though.

This song sums up everything I would want to tell her. Ironically I heard this song while I was sitting on the beach looking at waves hit the shore and listening to Pandora trying not to think about the past. I believe I was meant to hear it, while i did get a little teary eyed, It really did help relax me and help me let go. Lord knows I need too, but a part of her will always live in me. The line that really got to me is "when I can't hurt you anymore".

i love this song with all my heart. When my grandpa passed away 5 years ago this song was played over and over at his funeral. Whenever i hear it, it is the only thing that will make me cry......I miss him so much, he wasnt ready to go and i wasnt ready to lose him. The memory of him will always stay with me and my grandma....

I remember when this song came on the radio in 2001. I just buried a my stillborn, Jacob, the month prior, so my grief was so raw. I contracted CMV and while pregnant this virus can damange a baby, or kill. Mine was the latter. I know he was given/ taken away for a purpose. I just couldn't get the thought out of my head that he was in heaven with Jesus, my love was so deep for him, but Jesus' was deeper. He had all the love he need. I sure would of loved to raise him, though.
