Bugliosi lays it out well because he's cogent and well-spoken. I didn't even know his name until a few months ago. I thought Bruce Fein was spot on, and he's a conservative. When was the last time Lamar Smith had 1300 listeners for anything? Americans do care. Politics is hot these days.

Bruce Fein made some of the most important statements in the entire hearing, but I couldn't even get to see the video on CSPAN (link wouldn't work) after the hearing (even though I watched a good bit of it live).

If it is allowed and acceptable to be covered up, and then have bloggers/youtubers suggest that this is just the way it is and not insist on covering the facts, then we are lost and you would be correct... virtually none will vote to impeach.

If, however, the facts are illuminated and you and I and others keep screaming, they will have no choice.

I thought the hearing was quite good - most of the Dems were very serious about stopping the administration from completely trashing the constitution.

They were asking the right questions - what can and should we do?  There are only a few months left before the next presidential election etc... and the Senate won't convict..
