  • IF YOU HAVE A SPORTS INJURY IN THE PAST LIKE FRACTURED ARM CAN YOU STILL PRACTICE THIS YOGA? MY ARM IS DEFORMED AND CANNOT STRAIGHT PROPERLY I'M STILL DOING MY THERAPY AND STRENGTHENING. THANKS.

  • I wish I could do something like this, but I have a very weak knee from a prior mountain bike knee injury, I can't stretch my left knee out like they do, with more than a 45 degree angle in many of these poses...

  • @MsBixy If you have knee injury that's exactly the reason why you should do it. Bikram shattered his knee, and that's how he ended up coming up with this series along with his guru in order to heel himself.

    You work from where you are, do what you can do, and build yourself up. I've worn knee braces on both knees for 6 months doing this, and just took them off in the last week.

  • Video is a perfect representation that no one is perfect and even though the model is super great, there's always room for improvement.  this is why i like bikram yoga - there's so much more you can do once you think you've got it.
