@TheRyanCarMan Stands for Digital Command Control. Visit Hornby's website (DCC section) for more details, or google DCC. Basics of DCC is that the track has constent power, & each loco is fitted with a chip (decoder). The controller (command unit) sends digital signals to the loco, which in turn instructs the loco what speed to drive at, what functions such as lights & sound to work. The loco's you see with sound are fitted with a sound decoder.
@TheRyanCarMan Well as many as the controller (or sometimes known as the command unit) can power, or depends on how much power the trains are drawing power wise. I've had about 8 going on the same track at the same time, at different speeds etc.
The only thing i've yet to fit is the buffer beam detail parts (pipes) & the cylinder exhaust pipes (not sure what the correct term for them is) Cheers.
May be a case of Ebay or visiting one of the Toy & train fairs I reckon. Tornado would be great.I know there has been a "OO" model of it already done. Not cheap at around £250 each!! Nice model though. Cheers.
I belive Bachmann are making Tornado in her Apple Green livery, now all we need is A2 Blue Peter to be released in Apple Green to have an A1, A2 and A3 Apple Green line up in OO gauge.
The Pacific built classes are my favorite british steam engines. Actually about every Steamer that has come from Doncaster i like. Does anyone know where i can find a model of the Scotman or the Mallard in HO scale?
Hi mate,Its motor is in the loco, has extra pick ups on the tender.Didn't think I'd be able to get one of these but it was the last one in my model shop.Cheers
Cool looking forward to seeing them video's.Can you send them to me when you get them up & running on You Tube.Cheers(about to start upload now for next video.)
Cool, You'll have to do a video of your 50 031 then again all of em me thinks.Bet it looks well good with them all on shed now that would be a great site to see.Cheers
It's Ark Royal & Sir Edward Elgar.50 007 is on DCC, Ark Royal is yet to be converted & is still running on analogue. Also not yet seen is my attempt at a resprayed Lima class 50 "Resolution".Regards
Hi,not bad pic Quality to say it's only a digi compact camera in movie mode.Indeed it is only just out of the box by a few weeks.I wondered if you'd spot the 50's.If it loads the next video shortly I think you may like what's running the other way & what choice of train I've put ?? ??? with. All will be revealed in about an hour or so if this next upload works.Thank you for your kind comments..more videos to follow...Cheers
Hi Dean,It took a while to save for this one but I think it's well worth it.What you do you reckon?? Just need to fit the detail pack that come sin the box with it.I do have another steam loco that hasn't may it's 1st appearance on here yet.Keep watching out for it coming soon.....

@ay76 So basically you could have two trains on the same track going at different speeds?
