I just investigated the Sprunk Factory two times. First time, it was uneventful... except for a voice saying "I'm gonna find you, and you're gonna have an unpleasant night..." I was being chased by the police, so it was more than likely a policeman saying something that was unintentionally spooky. Second time, I got to the top and I heard some footsteps going up some steps, then a door opening. My opinion? There is no ghost, but Rockstar knew this place was scary, so they put in those sounds.
