  • This man had mental issues. He did not act that way for being blind, if you think so please go look up what blind means, because clearly you do not know. Also he was miss treated you do not go up to a blind person and do something to them. I can't tell you how many times I've been shuvved through doors and treated like a child. The officer was in the wrong, and I hope he got fired.

  • @blindtech1

All clever guys viewing this video (excepting, of course, poor scared Troas), may have realized that I was sitting close to the blind man and that I am the most valuable witness of what really happened. Poor scared Troas did not understand anything at all. The blind guy is not crazy, he is just a man who cannot accept to be treated as a package. He reacted a bit too wildly, but the policemen were not wild, they were just disgusting.

  • The man is blind and respect should be shown to him. This is bad example setting. Americans and Europeans don't have any respect other than for money

  • Sounds like Schwartseneger! He should have shot them with his OOZY!

  • Never, Never, Never scream at the police, your boss, your teacher, someone that has power over you :) i've never seen anyone winning with the powerful ones. simple-you scream at the police, you get fine, or will be treated with the paralyzer. your boss - you will not get promoted, or will just be fired from the work. teacher - you get bad grades ( usually ). you always loose :) thats why i'm always quiet, and humble :) and most of the times win!

  • charge---disrupting the peace.

not following direction of air crew.

being general stuck up arrogant angry guy.

  • I love the non americans saying how the cops "brutally" moved him. I forgot how much of pussies the rest of the world is.

  • Reply to TheLILD95

He started screaming when the policemen brutally handcuffed him, wounding his wrists and still refusing to notify the charge against him. I was sitting close to him. You can hear my voice: I was shouting to the policemen "What are you doing?".

  • What exactly were they doing to him @ 2:55 when he started screaming?

  • johndavidrichards,

that`s a piss poor comment, it`s nomally the Americans that do the invading and the Europeans have to help you out.

Wind your neck in pal you`re not the only one`s on the planet !

  • Poor scared Troas,

You should finally realize that the blind guy started yelling only when the police tried violently to draw him away.

Were you so happy to going on being on that aircraft that was apparently damaged without any notice about the future?

    Are you a masochist?

  • Fucking shit, that guy was blind, he probably didn't understand fully what was going on, give him a break damn officers. Should've fucking just explained everything to him, fuck all the rules. Damned airline can't explain probs to passengers, keeping them on the fucking tarmac that long, what the hell. Fuck the stupid ass US Airways and fuck the ugly shit air officers, hope they all burn in hell!!!

  • blind guy = rascist

  • kut belg

  • hey he isn't stupid he's really blind

  • haha

  • nice, what a stupid guy!

  • I really hate that fucking americans!! its big shit country.

  • This was on Dutch television

    I think it's funny

  • 4 or 5 man to arrest a blind man who has every right to leave the plan if he wants to? Stupid Americans. Hate them.

  • Comment removed

  • Some people here are commentng that America is stupid. This guy was screaming and disobeying crew member instructions, which is against International Law under the Warsaw Convention. He would be arrested in any country. If anything, Americans are far too tolerant of people acting like infants.

  • "the flight is delayed because of technical problems"

... I'ld sure get the muck out asap,

"sir, plz this & that" would'nt impress me,

rather spend a night in jail,

    then risque DIEING !!

    stupid americans.

  • altijd weer die belgen he

  • f u stomme ollander

  • Acting like that on a plane will get you arrested in any country even Belgium. He was totally over the top and if he wanted to leave why not go with the cops when they came on the plane. Not only was he disturbing the peace also resisting arrest. Wouldn't be news if he weren't blind and he deserves not special treatment in that situation just because he is.

  • why is this news?

  • 2:50 LOL

  • It was a 61 year old blind man..

    Don't judge too fast

  • omg jesus some people just wont grow the fuck up..

  • Wat lullen jullie nu allemaal over hollanders en belgen pfff get a life zeg..... Waar maak je je druk om....

  • Well, I think the gate agent was already too nice. Good that they take this shouting weirdo from the plane. The Philly Police was also very nice with this misbehaving passenger.

  • randdebiel

Gestoord volk.

  • the man was right. As usual the american make a lot more out of it than it really was. The man just wanted to get off the plane. LET HIM!!!! And then cuff him? How nuts are those Americans?? They make it a lot worse by doing that. Look how they treat that poor man. He's blind for goodness sakes!!!!! Couple of hero's. I'm surprised they didn't 'zap' him.

  • Nicola Cantisani? Is geen Belgische naam.Onnozele klootzak!!!!!

  • and the Quiz Question is:

"Which Michael Jackson song is just being performed?"

  • Comment removed

  • Couldn't he have been made a mute?

  • Welcome to Belgium :) (Greetings from the Dutch!)

  • echt altijd weer die belgen he....

    zo dom volk

  • z'n naam is Nicola Cantisani,

    domme hollander :-p

  • its just Sad that the crew cant calm down a man. Cops are crazy. and i would like to kill them all if i lived in america

Vervelend volk, gatver.

  • Stomme, domme Belg!

  • Very interesting when you are interested in airplane chairs

  • Comment removed

  • Why you are getting cuffed? Please.....

  • someone should make him deaf.

  • Just shoot the fucker!

  • Probably some kind of disorder. I doubt whether is was necessary to take him of the flight.

  • I think he has some attention disorder or something...

Anyway stay of the drugs next time.

  • Tarzan is jealouse, Jane told me.

  • Do not go to the Fourth Reich then this doesn't happen!

  • Lol i would be scared too if people were pulling me and I wouldn't even be able to see what is going on around me.. Plus those delays are horrible, they can make you more claustrophobic as you keep thinking "i am stuck for even longer now.." :(

  • i must say the guy is a fantastic singer

    @ 0.10 - 0.20 xD

  • These people should not be on airplanes. The staff handled him correctly. And fuck all you anti amerika imbeciles.

  • In the jungle....

  • Ok....let us see part 3 where they kick him out of the plane DURING the flight

  • i would be affraid to with technical problems i want to get out too....poor man

  • JfC..... why not call in the marines?

  • If you can't handle flying, then don't do it. Blind or not, he choses to fly, so he carries a responsibility towards the other passengers. I would be glad if this person was removed, and relieved when authorities show up and deal with it their way.

  • I would have expected these American fascists to taser him to death any second. Seems this blind guy got lucky. This time...

There was no need to have this escalate the way it did. He wasn't being that big a problem.

  • first he wanted to get off becaus he was scared, and when they want to take him off he refuses.. I don't understand..

  • Blind or not, there is no excuse for behaving like an asshole, scaring the shit out of the other passengers and delaying the flight even more.

  • Team America Strikes again! Arresting a freightened blind old man.

    Have fun waterboarding!

  • LOL the stupid fuck did not accept the delay. Why get in the plane in the first place? You know delays can happen. The screaming is pretty ackward..."what is the charge....nooooo....nooooo!!" hahahaha...cewl!

  • I'm from Belgium. It was in the news here. The man was afraid because of the technical delay, and didn't want to take the risk to fly with this plane. Would you?

  • Why didn't he leave the plane then when asked? If that was the case he would be off within seconds...I would ;)

  • And what was the reason for filming this?

  • I don't understand the US. They really seem not able to deal with handicaped people. This man might be old and wise, but also blind. He is uncomfortable, asked to be let of the plane, this was denied. Then they arrest him.

Much like the story with the not english speaking Polish man who was closed in for no reason, went berserk since he didn't know what was happening and got tasered to hell for it. US authoroties should learn to deal with special circumstances. They are no criminals

  • lol

  • Comment removed

  • yes you are right. but it must suck to be blind.

  • I fully agree with you, you say it in the right words.

  • Thanks to You Tube for not suppressing my second comment. It happens that the female voice you can hear in the video, asking "Why? What are you doing?" was mine.

I could have a lot to explain to poor scared Troas.

  • I was questioned as to why I was filming by the gate agent and I didn't want my camera taken away from me...or be pulled from the flight for questioning or something. That's it. I was the only person with the guts to film it. Also, how can you question why the police were removing him. You can't act like that on a plane. He resisted arrest! This video doesn't show how he yelled at the flight attendants and demanded to speak to the captain when we were on the runway. He was out of line!

  • Why was he yelling at the flight attendant?

I mean, if you're angry for the right reasons you bloody do have a right to yell at ppl. If a flight is delayed for 2 hrs, no drinks, insufficient info...I'd pretty much imagine getting scared if I were a blind person. Then its quite easy to start freaking out, it's up to the flight attendant to calm the passenger down.

What was the attitude & reaction of the flight attendant?

  • @troas76 of course you can resit arrest if you do not know why you are being arrested. However yea def that guy was immature, and I personally think most of PA people act like immature spoiled brats, they feel like they deserve everything, and everything should be done at their very demand.

  • @bigvic22sti The blind guy used his right, asking why he was being arrested. He got no answer. It is not a question of maturity. The blind dude is not exactly a spoiled brat. In his country he is known as a fighter for human rights. He was not demanding anything at all for himself: just why we were detained there in the aircraft whithiout any explanation.

  • I already posted a comment but it was deleted. Is You Tube behaving like the American Police?

  • It really seems like a culture thing. Here in Belgium, if we were made to sit for two hours without explanation or even beverages, we'd have been pretty much pissed off as well.

Is forced sitting for extended times for no reason and without drinks an American tradition? Is asking for explanations considered taboo? Is being pissed off a cultural faux pas? If so, well, this man should have known better. You don't mess with traditions.

  • Honestly, the people on here who are going back in forth,"He got what he deserved" or "That's not fair to a blind man". The news report states he is 61 years old and an international interpreter. So, on personal opinion, the man is of a wise age and has a fairly decent job. Blind or not, he has had a full life and should know know how to act in public. When I first read the article, I felt bad for him, but after watching the video, I don't want to say he deserved it, but they had reason to do it

  • Thats the best interpretation of Tarzan lol

  • LEAVE BLIND DUDE ALONE!!!!!!!!

  • cant wait for the mashups

    LEAVE ME ALOOONNNE!!!!

  • He was causing a disturbance on the plane by screaming like a jackass. Don't you think that everyone on the plane was frustrated? Having a disability doesn't give him the right to act like a douche.

  • You people claiming he got what he deserved because he was screaming are morons

He is screaming because the LEO's were using a pain compliance hold on him known as the Covert Pencil Pain Compliance Hold. Its where the Officers place a pencil between your first and second finger just behind the knuckles and pull. Its so painful that I have seen it render men unconscious.

You can see the one LEO putting his entire weight into the hold and pull every time he pulls the man screams in pain

  • So they called the police and he freaks out because they are there?

  • This is not good behaviors at all. HE will spent in the jail for 24 hours notice. You didn't realize know that he is blind man. He can't see it at all.

  • So what if he was upset? Is that a crime now? Disgusting that you would say he deserved to be treated like a piece of crap. Welcome to Orwell's worst nightmare.

  • I have to assume that this involves medication and/or alcohol. Why else would the man be so unreasonable?

  • well the title kind of explained it... angry BLIND dude.. just say n

  • I imagine being blind can make normal shit like walking through your house akin to a nightmare, imagine being blind and being forced around on a plane and without a seeing cane/walking cane... while being manhandled by 'police officers'.

I suppose it would be pretty scary.
