ive listened to this song since its origination on the album, "Wish You Were Here". ive seen Pink Floyd 3 times in concert. once at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky. once at Dudley Field in Nashville, Tennessee. but, the best of the three was in New Orleans, Louisiana at the SuperDome.

Musically, I still think Floyd will be remembered longer. Their ability to convey deep, emotional messages in very imaginative and progressive modes is nothing short of phenomenal. Besides, it's very difficult to compare groups to a solo type performer.

I love Pink Floyd to an extent where words no longer explain it good enough, however I have always prefered Roger Waters over Gilmour.. Gilmour is extremly talented tho and I cant think of a single song by either of the two that I ever disliked. (The Wall on may 4th in Stockholm/Sweden was fucking awesome btw)..
