@V12Carlucci it took the local exhaust shop about an hour and a half and cost about $100 to have it installed. You might want to have an O2 sensor on hand, my original ones were siezed in.

I think the reason may be that they were just out video taping when it was stock and never went out and did the same with the exhaust.

did you have to lift the motor or anything to get the long tubes on the exhaust ports?? or was it a clean fit

@ls2much search pontiac gto header install on google...theyll tell you what has to be done...its a bitch without a lift or having the right tools...as is any other job...i could do it...i just cant afford a 900 dollar pair of headers.
