  • You are sooo correct! I received a letter dated 11/30/09 signed by a Ken Scheller, Senior Vice President Home Retention Division again requesting two documents by 12/10/09 before they could continue processing my application. This is the 3rd time I will have sent the documemts. I received another request 12/04/09 that they have extended the trial period & are requestind the docs still! This is obscene!! And they are committing fraud!!
