You do realize that at the time that they shot this they didn't yet know who the final table players would be. So it's hit and miss as to whether they even got footage of them, especially when the field is still rather large.

Gotta love Levy for taking it to Phil in so many pots. I have enormous respect for Phil's play, but for god's sake he was complaining earlier that a guy hit a pair of fives when he had king high... I have no idea why Phil would want to keep playing if being beaten by a pair of fives would upset him so much. But, then I do. Phil loves the game as much as I and a lot of people do. So he keeps coming back anyways.

LOL. It wasn't right price to call but like iupguy said, he had a decent amount of chip stack in front of him and he cashed in the main event already. sometimes, u gotta gamble. When I said gamble, gamble wisely. This is one of the best times to gamble wisely.

oh. mah bad. because i know there's two announcers. norman chad and lon mccharen. But that was funny. Well, he reraised, and then other guy pushed in. It wasn't right price but like you said, he was pot committed. But you know, it's not a wrong price that can eliminate him. And also, Johnny Chan made this similar move against a guy who hit his set but chan put it up and won. I wouldn't consider that a donk move. he had one of the most interesting flops. So it was good move.

Johnny Chan even says, you gotta gamble. But you gotta gamble wisely. pair with flush draw is one of the time where it's wise to gamble wisely. If your opponent has top pair such as AK, you can hit urself two pairs, trips, or flush. If your opponent has flush draw as well, then you're in lead and gotta hope it helds up. If your opponent has nuts on flop, you can go for flush. one of most interesting flops you can get.

no chance a pair plus flush draw is always reraise when a bet is placed to you, that's good poker, how could you assume he flopped a set, that happens rarely and the only way you're behind in the hand statistically is if that occurred, but you can't play assuming your opponent has the nuts all the time, that's an easy way to donk your chips off...and besides, he still had a decent stack in front of him if he lost the hand, so it was a good call

That's right. You can't always put your opponent on nuts on flop. You flop a pair WITH the flush draw. You get aggressive because even if you're caught, you have TONS of outs. If the guy only has top pair, you leave yourself with LOTS of outs, such as getting yourself 2 pairs, trips, flush, etc. But unfortunately, this round, other guy had nuts on flop, so he only had flush to go for but he can't know that since he doesn't know other guy's hand.
