Dear Emma,
When you say losing the weight got you in that "concentration camp mood", I think "mood" is a poor choice of word. "Mood" makes me think non-fat latte vs. chai tea, work out vs. don't work out. I think "I am totally fucked and the world is coming to an end, they just killed my brothers and sisters, and Mengele wants to get in my pants" is the more appropriate state of mind than "mood."
