You know I have an intro and I kinda like it. Normally I will place a lead in (second scenario) before the vid specially if it is a more high tempo video.

However, I do take into concideration when one is necessary... when I am upset or have not so lovely news I will take out the intro all together as it is not fitting. Oh well, I figure by the end of the year I should be able to put another (updated) one together lol.
