wild and domestic turkeys are completely different animals. wild turkeys can play dead and are quite intelligent not to mention their size and ability to fly. great video

yea it sure can ..last year i was hunting for longbeards and a hen came in ..i didnt move, she walked within a few feet staring right at me then took off ..but let me tell u my heart was racing

its not a good feeling when your hunting them ..i had a big tom flush about 5 yards away from me ..it was scary lol

That can stop ones heart beat for a few seconds. I had a hen come up out of tall grass on me just a couple weeks ago, I jumped for sure! (Smile)

You are quite welcome! Actually I never realized that they flew until a couple years ago when they flew from our yard!
