  • I use one and I'll be honest, it hurts SO bad the first time and I usually have a high pain tolerance.

The shorter the hair the less painful though, and you do get use to it (just like waxing, it gets easier) and the results are SO worth it!

  • thats a common misconception, when you shave the hair DOES NOT grow back thicker -___-

  • Where do they even sell these? Been trying to find one for a couple days, having no luck -_-'

  • @MissAngelFaace amazon... :)

  • I am really considering purchasing one of these. Just how bad does it really hurt? Like on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest? I'd like to know before I splurge on one of these.

  • does it pinch ur skinn ?

  • My God,marry me?

  • If you dontwant the epilator just get a NoNo.

  • How painful is it? Im afraid to use it...

  • She slow...

  • This seems a hell of alot better than slicing my leg open with a freaking razor. Been looking for an alternative to shaving, and I rather not rip my skin with waxing. Definitely trying one of these.

  • It sounds so scary :/

  • After you get use to this Epilator device, its much less PAINFUL, and becomes "tolerable" and takes about 4 or 5 minutes for each arm rather than the HOURS of pain, sweat, & tears I endured while using it the very first time over 4 years ago! LOL Its a painful experience you will never forget.

  • I would NEVER! NEVER EVER- take that device to my groin area!! LOL But it has been my underarm companion for years now. My device came with 2 or 3 different attachments and gradually you use each attachment until you are able to upgrade using it without any attachments at all. But regardless of what, when I first used that thing it took about an hour and a half for me to complete 1 of my underarms. They did bleed (YES), I did want cry, I did have to get 2 cold sodas 2 cool down my pits!

  • @stellesourit It's not a lie . We have something in our armpit called lymph nodes nd if the salon is not clean or anything, it can cause infection which may lead to breast cancer becuhs the glands are connected between the two so therefore bacteria can get thru . But I'm just saying so people can be cautious . Yu don't have to believe me .

  • omg i want onee now! lol

im most def gonna get one :)

    thankksss girrrllllllll

  • Thank youuu!! :D ur advice was very very helpful xx

  • ahahah annnnd now theres the no! no! xD

  • This same one is on ebay right now

  • really?! that thing look sharp and spins fast. idk about private areas!

  • How often do you need to use it?

  • i have the same epilator as you and it works pretty well. BUT i some times get these tiny red bumps afterwards. how can i prevent this? please answer!

  • @phantasystar88 use rubbing alcohol to clean and maybe exfoliate with body exfoliater afterwards

  • @demangrl86 thank you

  • @phantasystar88 exfoliateeee

  • @heririswing before or after epilating?

  • @phantasystar88 Both D:

  • @phantasystar88 definately before epilating-- and after if you want.

  • Ahhh! How did you get the courage to do it a second time? I waxed my armpits once and never have gotten up the courage to do it again!

  • Can you use an epilators on your upper lip since all it's doing is pulling the hair and nit shaving it?

  • does it hurt?

  • @RawrImmahMonster YESSSSSS!!!!!!!! like a bitch

  • @queen6290 Aha!!!!! Oh... lol

  • Do you use it on your arms?

  • heyyy!!!!

  • Woman to woman THANKS Great video:)

  • I really want this. I got frightened when u turned it on but I still want one.

  • That looks terrifying o_o like saw blades

  • i did it but didnt pull all my hair out whyy??

  • In my case, after several times using this epilator, the hair started to grow ( veryy slowly) but they grew under the skin u know. and they were also twisted . Now I really don't know what else to do :( Can you help me??

  • @ChloeTran24 exfoliate under your arms everyday with a loofah, this reduces ingrown hair and odor

  • Getting yur armpit waxed is not good . My cosmetology teacher said yu can get a certain type of cancer in yur armpit nd it can spread to other areas .

  • @vivienneMK lies

  • Does it tickle? lol im realllyyy ticklish so yea..

  • @SweetKandiez considering the pain involved, I don't think feeling tickled will be on your mind while you use one of these death contraptions.

  • how often do you epilat? Do you get red bumps/irritation after?

  • nice underarms.. :)

  • Well that wasn't awkward at all...

  • I can't use my epilator, because when I use it, it always hurts my armpits (it usually bleeds)! I really wanna use it, I just don't know how.

  • @irenearaujo1 just make you dont put any pressure onto your skin when you using it :>

  • @kitchimomo yeah i know, i don't put any pressure and that's what drives me crazy! :(

  • Where Did You Get Your Epilator??(:

  • @alyssa88159 I just got mines yesterday at Sally's Beauty Supply, but they may have them at walmart too.

  • @CoolinItYUUUP GOing to a Sally's right NOW!...

  • @DOMIINICANBABE lol have fun! the one i got has the tweezer and the shaver detachable head.

@irenearaujo1 you should get the one with the detachable tweezer and shaver head. And to not get it to hurt as bad you should tighten/ stretch your skin. It works for me(:

  • @alyssa88159 have a look in the description

  • do you get red bumps after using it? i have sensitive skin

  • Ice is not a good thing if you ask me...take a hot shower first, it makes it easier and less painful...but lets face the facts..it's going to hurt!

  • Lord I wish my hair didn't grow so fast..I can tweeze hair above my lip and its back in less then a week..Crazy!

  • @IvyCassie999 OMFG! you're so dumb

  • it hurt like a mother! but pain is beauty!

  • Scawwwy T_T!

  • just got mine in the mail...IT'S FREAKIN AHHHMAZING. seriously.

  • okay so maybe a dumb question, but could you make it hurt less on your armpits where it's more sensitive if you sort of numbed them a bit? Like if you put ice cubes or something under your arm pits in order to numb them some, would it help?

  • anything that has epilator on the packaging is going to hurt

  • It sounds painful...

  • I want one now. I keep hearing everyone talk about using it for their underarms but does anyone use it for their legs? Is this epilator able to do your legs or do you recommend something else?

  • @gma904 yeah you can use it for your legs. it hurts a bit.....a bit more if you do your thigh. but it stays smooth for quite a long time! easier than waxing.

  • can it cut you :(

  • Yeah im not woman enough to use one of those. It litterally snags the hair and rips it out by the roots and mostly it just snags it. I havent tried the newer ones but from what I remember it hurt like hell.

  • How many times do you have to do it for it to not hurt anymore?

  • so i should wax mine first`!!`

  • I'm very glad that I found this video. I'm hoping it will solve my underarm problem. Can you please tell which one you own and how long it has lasted?

  • your armpits are FLAWLESS ! lolololol

  • @kpFISH425 from Japan, since i got someone there. :) but i bet she bought it from amazon after seeing its packaging.

  • do u think its worth buying the Braun Silk-épil Xpressive 7281...$106 or do al epilators pretty much work the same?

  • i tried waxing and never again will i do that! does this hurt less?? i HATE shaving!

  • lol, if you are not willing to be grossed out then exit out of this video

  • like ur eyes brows

  • Three questions: How do you clean it? How long does it last before having to replace it? Is it safe to use on the face for people with a lot of peach fuzz?

  • I asked one for my birthday, which is thursday. And I hope it does not hurt too much. At least waxing my legs didn't hurt, while many say that is painful too. So... XD Else I'll just scream.

  • May i know whr to get this in Malaysia?? anyone??

  • @kpFISH425 i've bought it and totally love it!

  • @lilduckq Lol! can u help me buy one? i really cant find! i find so so long! =.= are u malaysian and kuala lumpur?

  • @kpFISH425 i'm malaysian but not in KL. i bought it from oversea since i couldnt find it here. it would be my pleasure if u need my help tho.. ^^Y

  • @lilduckq ohh.. its ok thn! so u bought it in others country? may i knw whr? :))

  • that hurts like hell

  • @63annushka That's what I wanted to know lol!

  • does it pinch your skin tho? :S

  • @daonym not the one i have

  • lol ur funny

  • the things we do for beauty XD

  • i just bought one and i used it the other day on my legs, for my first time, i was scared but when i did it, it didnt hurt :) the first time doing it i suggest shaving abit then use it on speed one :)

ps: sorry if it hurts for you, good luck :)

  • Does it hurt?!

  • @AllisonCayhill

yes! I take pain reliever and even use BioFreeze first... it feels horrible, but it gets better with use, sorta of.

  • I bought mine it was around 50 something dollars I works, It didn't hurt that much I pinches or itches a little like tweezing your eyebrows. It is not good for pubes unless you want searing pain that may cause you to cry and I cant do it from my knee up because it hurts and I cant do It on my arms because they are way to sensitive and I no longer do I on my legs because I takes like 1hour and half to finish so I only use It on my under arms and I tried it on my face, Big mistake. It has no use.

  • I'm scared of the pain! (P.S. I'm still having puberty and I recently only grew SOME hair on my armpit) SHould I use tweezers to take it out? or this? or wax it?

  • did you use that epilator for your eyebrows too?

  • does it work on pubes?? :$

  • @IvyCassie999 yes

  • @IvyCassie999 yes, it works for any area, but I warn you, it hurts like hell the first time you do it

  • @IvyCassie999 She said it works for the 'private parts' so she means pubes :S

  • @IvyCassie999 Yes it does work wonderfully down there...it becomes a lot softer, awkward to say I know but epilating is the ONLY hair removal technique I use and I love it. It's best if you have a high pain tolerance such as myself.

  • @IvyCassie999 yes but it will hurt like a bitch. it feels like a bee sting - imagine a bee stinging you down there.

  • @IvyCassie999 YES!! xD

  • If it bleeds, do we still continue? Is slight pressure needed?

  • Omg this is awesome! I want one now. Thank you and you're such a little cutie haha remind me of myself!! :) <3

  • hiiii.,

    i like dis product ,

    how to purchase it.,

and how much cost it is.,

i want to now abt dis.,

  • I purchased a cheap epilator a couple of months ago, and it is quite good! However, I find I get better results on my armpits rather than my legs. Our makeup channel is just back actually and have recorded our own epilator review. It would be great if you could check us out and watch the video when we upload it! xxxxxxxxxx

  • Yes it does hurt. Quite a lot but once your used to it it is wonderful :D

  • does this really work and have you used it on facial hair? and do you still use it?

  • I wax all the time. I've never shaved I've always waxed. Will this hurt me? Plus what about ingrown hair?

  • i want dat! so many ppl liked it but i cant take pain :(

  • (-_- ) I'm going to get one of these...I'm starting to grow an awkward beard...

  • @MARVlNSOTO that runs in my family...its terrible lol

  • I have an epilator, not that one but I prefer waxing, you get the pain over with faster and it doesn't hurt as much after.

  • What happen about the red dots u get aftr epilatoing ?

  • @Weirdoxful i get this tooo! D:

  • $20 on daily steals . com

    today only! (Sept 13)

  • Comment removed

  • nice muscles

  • Hey! That was informative, but I have a question. If you are still keeping track of this old video, could you tell how long you used the epilator to get to a stage where you could do it without yelping or crying in pain? Thanks!

  • Gosh! Emjoi epilators are amazing:) My first time trying an epilator was in middle school or highschool in the early 2000's holy smokes did it hurt like a mother! Now evolution in technology made it a little bit more tolerable. I'm never going back to shaving the legs, bikini, and pits! <3 Forever silky smooth! yay! I was seriously even considering the expensive route of having it permanently removed in the bikini areas. /sighs! loves it!

  • i broke my charger. anybody knows where i can get a charger for that? i have the exact same one with the exact same color :P

  • 2:50 for brain fart! hahaha

  • Before you got your epilator, did you used to shave or wax?

  • Hi, Sorry to be out of topic but I can't help but notice your gorgeous lipstick. What brand and name is it exactly?

  • does it leave ingrowns?

  • im young,im too embarassed to ask my mam to by me any hair removal ,what shud i do /: ?

  • @pRiYa9630 this is not an embarrassing issue actually. You will find this common in a few years time XD I don't think you really need the epilator yet,do ya? Maybe you can ask your mom to buy you some waxing strips and try it out first.

  • @pRiYa9630 if youre too young it shouldnt matter...

  • @pRiYa9630

    commit suicide

  • @Ksharp1fan LMFAO!

  • @pRiYa9630 IF YOUR TOO YOUNG WAIT UNTIL YOU GET OLDER BUT JUST TALK TO HER ABOUT IT SHE WAS YOUR AGE ONCE AND WILL UNDERSTAND

  • @pRiYa9630 how old are you?

  • @heartmichellephan dont be smart

  • Does it work on my balls?

  • HELP I purchased this epilator but I can't figure out how to put on the massage fingers!

  • Does it ever cause ingrown hairs??

  • im twelve and i dint think it hurt at all!!1

to answer sashafi1 for me it only hurt the first two times but it depends

  • how long does it get to not hurt anymore ?

  • @youngmoneylover100 Oh... Ok, I'll go ask my mom cause its a little pricey... Lol but I'll buy it.. :)

  • @youngmoneylover100 K thanks!!! Does it hurt really bad?? Like was your sister crying when she did it???

  • I'm 11 and I have under arm hair... :\ I use VENUS razors but they don't work like I expected. Anyone PLEASE reply, but should I buy it??? I'm only 11 and yeah..

  • @youngmoneylover100 go to beautychoice com and go under skin hair therapy.

  • Sooooo...... Where does all the hair go? ;/

  • Hi, how long the hair should be so i could epilate them?

and do i have to hold epilator close to my skin, because i`m afraid that it won`t only take out the hair but make little cuts in my armpits.

and do i have to use special creams to avoid ingrown hair, or hair normally doesn`t ingrown in armpits if i epilate them?

sorry if these questions are weird but i have never used epilator before and i `d like to know :)

    thanks!

  • Hey, a quick question(: Do you think the Epilator from Walmart of the brand Remington will work? It's cheaper than yours, like about 25.00 so i was just wondering because I am not sure if it's as good quality. Thanks and please answer back(=

  • I have a question :) Today I used an epilator on my leg (just one at the moment) and I like the result :) But there is one thing that bothers me a bit. There are a few tiny hairs left, like they've been cut... not epilated. And the epilator won't get them :( Do you have a solution to get rid of them? :) Thank you!

  • ok thank you for advice!

  • are the results the same as using a hair removal cream?

  • i bought one. doesnt work that great. it keeps breaking the hairs. am i using it wrong?

  • @Brittnoiserz Did you buy it on beauty choice with the 20% off code?! Hahah, I'm going to buy that like tomorrow! :)

  • Using epilator on your arms and legs over time makes your skin rough and hard especially on the underarms...any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

  • @courage010 exfoliate first and after.

  • Using epilator on your arms and legs over time makes your skin rough and hard especially on the underams...any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

  • u can use it in circular motion right?

  • how often do you have to use the epilator on your armpits?

  • for some reason im scared of electric razorz -_-

  • what if you have sensitive skin? how old should you be to use the epilator?

  • My god, I felt that I have just discovered the holy grail. *cue dramatic music*. I'm so buying this! I don't care how painful it is. Beauty hurts! Would you recommend wetting the problem area to 'soften' the pores, or does it not really matter?

  • i have one of theese but it takes forever to do.

  • WOW! You don't even flinch in your demo! Thanks so much for the review. I've been looking into these things for a while now, though I'm quite scared of the pain. I am so over shaving, waxing, sugaring, and buffing my skin raw. I'll likely purchase one, eventually. Thanks again!

  • Thank you so much for this review! I was so scared but when you mentioned the plucking eyebrows thing I completely understood lol. I get that this will hurt more but the pain is worth it. Thanks!

  • I was about to buy one online . . but pain scares me , so I'm having second thoughts .

  • does the epilator make your underarms less dark?

  • @LittleMissterious it does cause there's no hair to make that shade thing. just like beard in a guy.

  • If u wax it will it hurt even more??

  • @ThePillow215 no. it's 1 hit kill. epilator takes longer so it hurts longer in the begining :)

  • @thedeadserv : Oh so where do u buy it ?? Even can u do it with out waxing ???

  • @ThePillow215 You can buy it at their website. And yes, you can do it without waxing, of course, but if you have really long hair, try to trim it a little bit so it hurts less when it's plucked. waxing will probably be good to give you a taste of real pain lololol
