i was born with spina bifida. i have a twin. i am now 16. and my parents told me the doctor told me i wouldn't live at birth or if i did live i would never walk. but by the grace of god. i can walk on my own without a walker. keep up the good work buddy

Thank you so much for this video I'm 22 yrs old and have a newborn on the way it gives me even more confidence that my wives decision to abort is wrong and that with or without her I'll raise my son and love him with everything ive got and the help of all my family members thank you spina bifida is no excuse to terminate for all those parents out there with babys on the way life is precious!

I also suffer from Spina Bifida. Not as severe as your case but I do need a wheel chair for long travel. It sucks but I live with it. Good luck man, don't let it get you down, I know I don't let it get me down.

@lilrebel213 thats a perk of being disabled we get to meet all kinds of people that we never dreamed we could because of the wheelchair they see us and welcome us with open arms i have spina bifida L3 AND L4 and i have to say its only saved my life being disabled im 22 but i know in my heart and soul if i wasnt paralyzed with spina bifida ide be a big partier and probley wouldnt wanna be studying song writing and music thats my passion thanks to spina bifida i have an amazing life because of it

i think i was diagnosed with Spina Bifida when I was 6. It pretty much screws up a big part of my life, but I've learned to live with it. :)

@AiresQX4 dont. things are tough, my parents were scared too. sure there are a lot of thing to deal with with a child with spina bifida. but it is great to have a child as unique as a child with spina bifida.
