  • @yahya99 thanks, i use maya, is there any way i can import the character in maya?

  • @studentofthegr8art unfortunately not man, this Biped rig is from character studio which was made just for 3D studio max. Maya would be awesome if it had character studio also. But Im sure there are plenty of free downloadable rigs for maya. Try googling :)

  • @studentofthegr8art you can import it but as a mesh file and have to rig yourself in the Maya with bones !!

  • Your 12 years old and you already master animation!!!I know the exact torrent when you can download 3ds max even 2011 version i think. It's a torrent site called zamunda.net from my country .You may have to register but it may be full.Try it out you can get almost anything from that site!

  • PROFESSIONAL WORLD CLASS ANIMATING!!!!!!And all in 3ds max! You've thought about everything ,every tiny little move that the biped makes!Outstanding work CHEERS!Can you teach me? :D

  • @lub40951 cheers mate :) its not easy to teach animation, but with lots of practice, observation and study, you will get good at it. It helps to know the basic rules of motion, timing and weight. Just keep at it mate, and keep practicing!

  • blender?

  • @ratman1982 heheh thanks man

  • i saw a little TONY JAA in there in towards the middle, the restaurant fight in The Protector

  • @Ceejayanthirium I saw that too! This guy is good.

  • this is really awesome!

  • Thats brilliant man, 3ds max? could you possibly to a tutorial on your methods and workflow?

  • @Theicemonkeyjr thanks man, to get good at animation, you just have to keep doing it. And get some advice and critiques from the pros out there..join forums specially for animators and post your work. There is always someone who is willing to give you hints and tips on getting better..even if the truth hurts bad sometimes..just keep at it mate. Good luck

  • @yahya99 i really love action scenes too, ive been using max for 3 years and know the basics of everything but ive masterd none as of yet. modling rigging animation and texturing is what i was to be good at. i used cat for a while for animation but i think i learn the max bipdes now because not alot of people use cat and the IK is buggy

  • @Theicemonkeyjr Yeah for me, I have learnt that for an animator, you shouldn't worry too much about the modeling or texturing part. just focus on the simple biped rigs for now, and like I said, keep asking for critiques from pros and even family members...they seem to always spot something that you dont :P good luck with it all mate

  • good job man

  • People need to make more animations like this instead of those people who think they're good animators because they have detailed environments and better graphics. Choreography means a lot. Nice upload :D

  • The dragon was killer! do you have a tutorial of how to make combat animation for a video game?

  • that was some great animation man!

  • cheers dude :)

  • @yahya99 no problem

  • WOW.....

  • You are really skilled. How long does it usually take you to make a scene?

  • Thanks mate. It depends on how well the scene is planned. It would take me between 2days to a week, depending on how complex the animation and action is.

  • I know what you mean, some of my scenes will take more than 20 hours of work to finish.

How long do you think the first fight scene took?

  • the first fight scene I think took me about 2 days, with breaks ofcourse. I didnt plan that scene actually, I just animated as I go went along.

  • @yahya99

Impressive. Fight scenes are some of the hardest scenes for me.

  • @yahya99 cool i could never do thati dont have the patience :P

  • bbbbbbbbbeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • nice reel, love the dragon, should have shown more of him(or was the no more under the water :P

  • Fantastic, your amazing!

  • whats the software???

  • 3D Studio Max

  • I'd like to see this without the camera shake, it implies weight that should be shown by your animation, in my opinion.

  • SOOO good

  • the fighting scenes were AMAZING!

  • best reel ever seen!

  • i like the dragon in 0:56

  • Woah, that is INSANE.

  • Woah your amazing, nice job.

  • I want to ask the foot steps they make are with footstep cycles or you made them with keys pls tell me and the video is awesome

  • You're a Tony Jaa fan, am I right?

Great animating, I can only wish I was as awesome as you.

  • Nice work man! What do you think is easier to rig a stick figure with, a biped, or bones with ik solvers? Then also, is it possible for you to let me know how to rig it up? Thanks in advance man.

  • DID U GO 2 FREELANCE

  • You make animation look really easy. Wish I had your skill. Guess I will get there some day.

  • ver nice work keep gooooooooooing\

  • Nice Dude! where you from because i need help and ima add you on msn if thats alright

  • great job on the fight scene. Wow

  • Very Cool job that you did!!(I expect that my english is right because im brazilian)Congratulations!!You probaly waste so many DAYS doing it!So..Congratulations again!

  • wow, that is awesome fight scene. you did that all by yourself?

  • Thanks mate, Yes all done by me. I got inspired by some martial arts movies and games. Thanks

  • You are most welcome. That fight sceen looked like Tony Jaa's moves. Is that one of the movies? Well movie actors anyway? Some final fantasy and a bit of wrestling you did?

  • some anims i simply came up with, others from wrestling, and the rest are from some martial arts movie. And yes final fantasy was in it :)

  • That is why it was so cool! I love watching it!

  • wow do u really have skills man!!

haha the one in the microwave oven its awesome!

  • Heheh Thanks mate :)

  • wow thats awesome! pretty good job u did there!

  • this is so cool what program do u you's for the fight seens

  • 3dsmax

  • The 2 scenes from The Protector were done extremely well. The fact that that wasn't motion capture is amazing.

  • Thanks mate, yeah the protector had some awesome fight scenes in it. inspired me to try and do animated versions of them. cheers

  • what song is tht?

  • let me say that I am very impressed with your skills, anyone who does animation knows whoever kick ass in animating dominates. I will keep watching you from now

  • well nice work then because it looks so real.

  • Thanks man :)

  • did you keyframe this because it looks like motion capture.

  • yes i key framed everything. no i dont use motion capture..thats just cheap...its easy to get realistic motion. you just have to be good at timing everything.

  • is it hard to complete such animation?

  • its not about how hard it is. its about how you understand and time everything. it is time consuming indeed. and it helps to plan your scene...for all these anims i didnt plan anything. i was just animating as i go along..just in my own pace basicaly. but yeah, Timing is the key to getting a good motion mate.

  • good reel... In your animation a see expresion!!!

    Salute!

  • with what program u create thous things : P ??
