Martial arts is defianately a good way to get your body into shape. A lot of bodyweight training and such. I wish I had the courage to ask Master Jones if I could record a class.

Hi Jumoke! I love the show, if I wasn't so camera shy I would bring a camera if it was allowed. I think you did very well and it's good they let you learn at your own pase because if that were me someone would have to go help me the whole entire time lol. Waiting patiently for next weeks show. ; D

honestly jumoke i tried different exercise everyday but i can't film it because my house is too messy.. but i will try to do some review coming soon... see even older people can do martial arts so can u... do on your own pace... hugs from me
well, i do kickboxing,yoga,pilates, dance, experimenting, now i use the exercise clips from exercise tv, used to do hip hop abs and turbo jam... fyi i'm still fat but happy working out everyday..
I see you're at it again! Karate does look like a fun workout especially going at your own pace. It's easier a more fun that way. Keep up the good work, Jumoke. Peace!
