Just driving around downtown LA near these lofts I was blown away by what they are asking... they are not in walking distance of anything...and if you tried to walk from your million dollar loft to a grocery store you'd be stabbed.
I just read they are on auction now. Michigan,California and Las Vegas has it real bad. I would not be suprise if that Carlye on Wilshire housing goes on auction.
For such an interesting building, the video was very rote and uninformative except maybe for those dying to know where the fire doors are going to be.
I thought this was an informative video and I am happy that so much effort went into sound insolation and historic preservation.
