@CastigadorDeMigalhas She wasn't in KOF XII or 2002, she was in 2002 as a console exclusive..many fans didn't take this too well. Not many fans didn't ilke 2002 due to the fact that it was a really broken game in terms of balance.

@CastigadorDeMigalhas I know quite a bit of the series..been playing since 98...and played the later versions first..then played the earlier versions.

King was replaced with May Lee in the original 2k2 KOF game....not many fans didn't take it too well, so she returned as solely an XBox and PS2 exclusive for the game. the 2002 game (original version not the Unlimited match version) is really bland..in terms of backgrounds and music..and quite unbalanced..Rugal in the game makes it no better.

@CastigadorDeMigalhas and as for my favorites: some of them has to be these 3 characters that we are seeing now...also I like Takuma. I wish he was in more KOF's. I also like Adelheid, Iori, K', Kula, Benimaru, Shingo,and almost any character from Fatal Fury

@BrickCity4eva For me is very difficult to choose my favorites, because the majority of them are fabulous. I love this saga. And I agree with you in some characters. Adelheid, K, Kula, Iori, Benimaru and Yuri are really cool. But Magaki, Mukai, Ash, Shen, Malin and Athena are also fabulous. In my opinion and your´s must be the same, that KOF is much better than Street Fighter. And don´t forget to advise me when KOF 13 arrive to the USA, because is sure that only before arrive to Portugal

@CastigadorDeMigalhas plus i am a big fan of Art of Fighting and Fatal Fury....i use basically characters from those series on the game....even though the sad part is, most of them are low-tier in each appearance they are in. with a few exceptions

@BrickCity4eva and the K Dash team in KOF 13 doesn´t have whip instead of Kula. But I think this last team version with Kula is better. you bought KOF 12 ? what do you want to mean with "most of them are low-tier in each appearance they are in" when you refer to the art of fighting characters ?

I mean the AOF team is very low-tier, meaning very low priority moves, builds up their combo gauges slower...etc.

@BrickCity4eva i don´t understand why you say that about AOF characters, seems to me that they are normal to use like the majority of the other characters from KOF saga. maybe it could be only a demo, but still was a really good game. the graphs are fantastic. and KOF 13 are you planning to buy when it comes to stores ?

@CastigadorDeMigalhas it seems normal but in some games if u look closer...they are quite weaker in some KOF's...it varies amongst all the characters. Gato and Kula are damn near overpowered in KOF XI.

KOF XIII, i would buy if i had money...

@BrickCity4eva ok, i´m understanding now. it´s not the kind of thing that calls my attention. but when you are fighting for example the challange 33 in KOF 11 it´s usefull to know that. I´m interested in buying KOF 2000/ 2001. did you recommend it for me ? you said before that KOF 2001 sucks, but why ?

@CastigadorDeMigalhas 2000 is pretty good, great music, good boss and a good story. The moves of each character is kinda high in priority.

As for 2001, it's highly unbalanced and the music is bland. Original Zero is the sub-boss but is just as hard as the final boss himself, Igniz...who is the cheapest sumbitch to ever be in an SNK game. Play 01 at your own risk.

@CastigadorDeMigalhas well the original Women's team will return in KOF XIII..i'm not a fan of their older movesets..but i'm glad that they return. most of the older teams from the first ever King of Fighters in 94 return on the game..except the Elizabeth team, and the Ikari and Yagami Teams from 96.

they have really taken it old school esp. reverting Kyo back to his EX form...and has Terry back to his 96 moveset. it looks so old school, the only person is missing is Rugal..
