cuz there is nearly no movement ;)

try to upload a hd video with a lot action. the quality will suck. also very short videos like >1 min. will also have low quality

Umm, no. Movement has nothing to do with the quality. It's still just a string of images, just faster moving colours. That doesn't mean the quality would be lower.

of course for more movement you need higher bitrate and youtube does not raise the bitrate so the quality goes down.

Techincally, a fast paced action movie of the same amount frames will take up roughly the same space as this one, since they are simply frames of dirrerent coloured pixels. In fact, bit-rate has nothing to do with this really. And there isn't actually "movement" in a film, just frames of different coloured pixels.
