Yeah, but it's full of London overspill ... most of its population probably support one of the big London clubs because you don't have to go too many generations back and that's precisely where they're from.
It's obviously true that the placing of league clubs hasn't fully reflected the movement of people out of the cities post-war, but I wouldn't want to be the man who did to Leyton Orient, say, what Peter Winkleman did to Wimbledon (which is the only way it could really be done).
Brilliant day out, every pub in Harlow turned out that afternoon. If I remember rightly Harlow also knocked out Southend Utd in an earlier round. To get to the furth round of the FA Cup was one of the best ever achievments by an amatuer side, epecially when you consider that Harlow weren't even one of the top non-league side then or now.
im sure my games teacher was in goal for the mighty hawks...

Harlow is one of those places that should have a team playing at a much higher level. Its as big as Wigan.
