  • I have a question! I have the Pilates Stick. When I do the leg series and I only use one leg, I don't know how to support the other extreme so that I can get some resistance. The whole thing keeps moving and I get distracted. The only option I have found is to put one strap on top of each other and work like that. It's not bad, though but I was wondering how you do it since I cannot see it on you video. Than you!
