  • does anyone make dual exhaust for this bike? i'd like one that splits under and comes out either side of rear wheel - sound would be waaay better

  • the engine in the 1125r is made by an austrian company called rotax, and guess who owns rotax?! Bombardier!!!! so that sir is canadian muscle!!!!

  • @wacko1358 if the engine is made by Rotax in AUSTRIA, then it's austrian muscle, like arnold schwartzenegger style.

  • @germankid93 If you put a BMW factory in the US, dose that make BMW american muscle? Rotax is Canadian owned. Hence Canadian muscle. The Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger, and Dodge Charger are made in Canada that dosent make them Canadian muscle because they are american owned company's.

  • that bike sounds sick nasty.

  • that is pure sex....

  • Opinions Vary.

  • Y'know they always sound sooo good but buell made some of the ugliest bikes ever put on the road.

  • oh yeah much better than other exhaust. It has more of a crisp metallic sound due to the lack of Exhaust packing

  • beull not around anymore are they?

  • id have to say this is the best sound clip of the D&D 1125r i have heard yet. very nice bike. i just bought a 09 1125R the white and blue one. looking to buy a D&D soon. check out my fly by video of 150 mph

  • what did you pay for this pipe? and where did you get it?

  • @maggotpuke I got it on eBay for around $600

  • sounds sweet...did you have to re-map the bike after installing the pipe? I was told you didn't have to with the D&D!

  • you don't have to, but i would recommend it just to get more power and take out any lean spots

  • nice

  • magnifique

  • What is that vacuum sound after you flip the key? Radiator fans?

  • I let the bike warm up before making the video so that's the radiator fans kicking on.

  • Sick fucking bike, man nice.

  • These 1125R pipes are built for racing applications. D&D does make other pipes for Buell motorcycles that are performance oriented and you can specify a quiet baffle.

  • do you feel any power gains??? did you have it tuned? can you have it tuned?

  • Great Looking "pipe" too bad it's not a 2 into 2 that thing would look waay better with 2 megaphones

  • sorry but this vid doesnt give the D&D enough credit whitchta had a loudest bike comp and the local HD dealer had a 1125r wit D&D and it was louder than straight pipes 148decibals gotta love the crackle of the pipe too

  • Those pipes sound great, but like all the other aftermarket exhausts out there, I really don't like the way they look. If they had something like the Micron for the XB12R with a lower faring, that would be awesome.

  • bad ass exaust we had a loudest bike competition and it blew every1 away even straight pipes

  • ah besides having to re-tune the bike on the dyno no unless you dont follow the instructions couple of harley davidson guys were a lil itchy and just put it on and it leaked out alot but if done right awsome pipe louder than most bikes with straight pipes

  • my buddy just had these installed...and honestly the video DOES NOT give a true account of just how friggin loud these D&Ds are. I have D&D on my Buell Lightning...LOUD!

The 1125r D&Ds have a shred as heard in the video but it is scary! It's a nasty sound like something is chasing you in a horror flick.

My buddy sayz it def changed the curve and throttle response.

IF you want the nastiest sounding pipes ever devised by mankind...GO D&D. They're mean, pissed off, and perform. They are badass.

  • sick sick sick

  • ya, it's on a friggin Buell

  • you suck and swallow

  • yeah, people seem to love or hate buells. i f***ing love these bikes. i've ridden everything, inline 4s, ducatis, aprilia, etc.

riding a buell is more like a cage fight than a boxing match. they are less refined and like riding a tractor or something. i love how it feels like you are on top of something that is fighting you all the way. it's a challenge to ride buells. you feel like you're on top of a machine not a piece of jewelery. buells force you to be a better rider. a menacing machine.

  • Lol I like your wordplay but I disagree. I've ridden a few bikes myself and the Buell is one of the easiest bikes I've ever ridden before :P But you gotta love the way it roars though :)

  • So it obviously frightens the Japan Inc racer-boy wannabes.

  • Yeah install was real easy 20 mins tops

  • American muscle in a small package, sweet.

  • @badboy332 Rotax muscle .

  • @FARMSET Shame about Buell , just when they got a real motor to replace the dinosaur Harley units !

  • @badboy332 the engine in the 1125r is made by an austrian company called rotax, and guess who owns rotax?! Bombardier!!!! so that sir is canadian muscle!!!!

  • Did it lose any low-end torque with the new exhaust? Noticeable amount any ways?

  • Badass, D&D brings motors to life!

  • Hell unleashed!
