im 12 and i had my belly button pierced for less then 24 hours. then it was removed the next day. there was nothing wrong with it it was PERFECT. i loved it so much. after 1 moth i got it repierced and it hurt SO much more. when a needle goes through through scar tussue.

YEAH when i got mine done i would have to say putting the ring in hurt the most. Like when she had to hold it down to put the ball on that hurt. BUT mine got infected so i treated it with tea tree oil and dial foam soap every night and in about aw i would say maybe a month it was healed. If you dont know if its infected take a bath and rub your ring around in the water and when you get out youll have access like i dont know skin and geww and you might see bloody pus! hope this helped

I got mine done today :) obviously it will hurt a tiny bit at least! It's a needle breaking through you skin! With me the clamp hurt, the needle was a sharp pain that was over in one second! The changing from the needle to the piercing did hurt a bit for me personally! After it stings but it's bad at all! I also didn't bleed at all!

eww, i never realised that they did all that. I got my belly button peirced when I was sixteen back in 2009, but they used a freeze spray (which did leave me with a small burn/frostbite) but because the thing was so bloody cold, and a bit painful i didn't feel any of it.
