Well...take his Kakusei form...make it infinite, give him the ability to dodge like a madman, have his dark element activate almost every time he hits you, give him unlimited berserk and musou, and lastly, add a bit of Kenshin in there, and put a bigger phantom version of him behind him...mind you, you as the player, can't pull off any of this bullshit.
I've been watching the videos put up by other people, and most of the things the AI pull off is garbage. Especially when every single officer around you goes berserk at once. At which point the combo system just fails, and you have to spam a certain move just not to get your ass kicked most of the time.
