  • beautiful woman, beautiful music, guitar: complete experience

  • BIG HUG to you Lee (Harry)!

Please let me know when you post it.

    Julie x

  • LOL!

I sure will Julie!! However the alternating bass line in this piece, is giving me so much stress at the moment that I'm tearing my hair out!!

So, by the time you see the video, you'll see that I've gone from looking like Harry Potter, to being completely bald, like Kojack!!

    Kindest Regards!!

    Lee!

  • @LeeteaHutchin Hi lee will you send me tab. I woud like to play this song....Thx

  • Hi Julie!

    I really love this one!!

It's got a kind of folky feel to it I think (I realise it's an italian folk tune but if I didn't know that, I'd think there was something folky about it!! Which to me is a good thing!)

I'd love to learn this one! I'm off to find the tab!!

    Best Wishes,

    Lee! x

  • ***I meant to type "Italian Renaissance" not Italian Folk! lol! ****

    oops!

  • good play

  • Hello from Tokyo,

wonderful sound - would love to use it in one of my videos....

  • nice job. whos the composer?

  • This is a Lute piece attributed to Vincenzo Galilei, father of Gallileo Galilei, the famous astronomer. This piece is also sometimes called Italiana. ; )

  • Dear Lady Julie,

I missed this one while away on vacation. Very nice job. Lots of pull off's and hammer on's. Good one to practice.

    My best, Sir Don

  • I liked it its really good!

have you seen user gjourney playing he plays it way faster.

    walter

  • Thanks a lot, Walter. I will check out GJourney's version.

    Regards,

    Julie

  • That is beautiful and just what I've been looking for. Could you give me tabs for the song please? It would help me and a couple of my friends for a project for school.

  • Is this in dadgad tuning, right? re-la-re-sol-la-re

  • It's: D-A-D-G-B-E

  • Che Bello! Graci!

  • Thanks, taekwondoinstructor.

  • wow..! beautifull! never heard it before! very very good!

  • Thanks DCalandrine.

  • Could you please play Fenesta Ca Lucive

In your hands is gonna be like heaven.

  • Always a beautiful sound and pretty smile !

  • Excellent! I like base line and how you kept sound clean thru all the piece. You've one more subscribers now ;-)

  • have u played:TANZ by Georg Fuhrmann ,it is some how similar.u can find it on page 23 of "the renaissance guitar" (the Frederick Noad Guitar Anthology.) isbn 0825618134

  • Thanks for the info. I'll look it up. You have good videos.

  • Buena pregunta. En esta pieza, estudí la melodía primero porque el bajo repite hasta el fin. Después empecé a tocar a ambos. ¡Yo tocaba esta pieza muchas veces¡ En general, cuando la pieza parece difícil, toco la melodía primero. ¡Gracias por mirar!

  • Me gusta, me gusta...

Como estudias las piezas del libro, las escuchas antes o empiezas a estudiar la partitura y vaz descubriendo la melodia poco a poco?

  • This tune sounds familiar. I think it was in the Frederick Noad book I had. Well done.

  • Yes, it's in the Frederick Noad "Solo Guitar" Book One. Thank you for your comments.

  • I really like this piece. You play it very well! It is one of my favorite pieces to play as well.

  • It seems that we have a future maestro in our midst
