I love the pattern thing projected on the curtain underneath Elphaba..I never noticed it until I saw it live but it looks awesome!! Wish I could do it in my set model videos :-( hehe x
this is the way that "Defying Gravity" vids should be!
so many people who film this scene zoom right in on elphie's face, which is great for capturing emotion, but no good for seeing the whole spectacle of her defying gravity.
mind u, i shouldnt complain. its these people who brave the ushers to film the stuff.
true, yoo want to see the whole picture. but i really want a video where i can see alexia's face, because when i went to see her i was too far away to see her expressions, and her emotions are apparently really good!!!
theres actually two dvds. A full dvd and a partial one from Dear old Shiz to What is this feeling because the master got caught, and they deleted all of it but those 10 mins sadly. but there still is another full dvd of her and its great!
It was on October 22nd - SO amazing. I've seen it in LA a few times as well, but London was beyond. I would've taken more video, but I definitely got in trouble...oops. :)
