1watch a lot of racing,2 have done 118 before, 3watch police chase videos, 4 watch traffic going by and see what cars going 35 look like, same with 65, same with 75-80 like everyone does on the highway. trust me, he is going over 100 and he has no reason to lie about 125 and also i know the car can do well past that. so even if he said he had it to 150, id still believe him, especially since my 96 trans am i had up to 118(limited for new tires), came stock from the factory with a 159 limiter

yeah, after the guy that owned it before me got new tires for it that were rated at 118. a lot of tire places will lower the speed limiter to your tire's rating. from the factory it was limited at 159mph. dont think your cobalt will touch that. but yeah 118 limiter was kinda embarassing. 0-60 in 5.8 seconds, 1/4ET of 14.0@101mph, then a speed limiter at 118. was only like 3500rpms in 3rd gear. i dont have it anymore tho.

from the factory it was limited at 159mph (i've been past 160 on a 3 mile straight vs an enzo-he told me i got to 163 before i just stopped gaining mph..... then he just kinda flew past me as if i was standing still)

I had rear drag springs on at this time and it really helped out a lot, but the front end was still stock. With the different spring rates it was very interesting, and then being on the radials it was interesting, hense while i was in two lanes. Now it is nice though.

No, those are actually just the pro street mufflers from spintech.I have since changed mufflers, and tips. It is a little louder now. I need to reshoot that clip with the new suspension, and road tires. I had drag radials on there in that click and it was a little squishy.
