i was ripped out of my mothers arms at 7yrs old and dumped on to the st at 18 yrs and i have witnessed the abuse of power and corruption that the State / DCF and residentials around Connecticut have done i have been abused in every way possible from sexual to mental abuse i have seen kids die from suffocation whale being restrained and over dosed on phic medications walking around like zombies i was one of them.
