just turn your esp off, press your brakes hard with your left foot then press the gas with your right foot.. keep your left foot on your brakes while burning out.. stock tires work better coz there's less traction.. have fun!
the Challenger SE with the V6's 0-60 time is proportional to the 0-60 time of a normal Civic. It has absolutely no muscle car performance. It just looks like one.
My Charger has the Diablo Pred tuner and I have full control over engine/trans: Fuel/air, rev limits-(neutral,drive,topmph), I can also X-(TCM,stability,ABS,torque management etc.) The Preditor can change-(shift firmness, shift points, auto upsift off). My Charger is the baddest on the road.
FYI- its not ALWAYS a race so sometimes you drive casual and have friends get into the back seat(4dr convenience). For those pathetic old dads clinging to a 2dr argument< Go take your Viagra and Fyourself.
The SRT 8 has a nasty tendency upshift to second when doing a burnout.The manumatic has to quickly shifted back to first.Once the tires are smoking hot the burnout will continue in second.This car is a torque monster.All this and I still get on avg 17.8 MPG.Now all I need is the I charger.....from Richwood.Bolt on 100 to 120 hp.
Hot tires = grip. Your less likely to do 2nd gear rubber on hot tires than cold tires.
The only difference, is when it shifts from 1st to 2nd and you stop burning out, your not giving it enough gas. More gas when it shifts will keep it spinning... not the heat of the tires.
Again i say you must be retarded, first you say that this car needs to REDLINE to spin the tires, and that your turbo car can spin them at 3000... now your saying oh you ment that he cant hold it at a specific RPM. You just said two different things, boy you must be stupid. And just to top it off, he didnt hold it at a specific speed he was feathering it to show the power of the car u moron.
Of course you can feather the gas in an auto and make the engine stay at a fairly constant RPM, in a car with that much torque. I don't have a large muscle car by the way.. I have an SRT4, but there's nothing pathetic about this charger's power.
It's a celebration among auto enthusiasts. You are how old, 8, you should think this is cool. And no it's not hurting the car. My rule is that if you don't see your tire dealer at least once in between oil changes, you're not driving it right.

you really cant compare SLR MCLAREN and DODGE CHARGER coz they are two different classes of cars. charger is based on a daytona muscle car while mclaren is based on a F1 type technology. nonetheless, both cars are awesome!

Ahhh the Dodge charger...I own one and it is by far a great car. I had a mercedes and it was always in the shop. German made vehicles are not all that great. Secondly, most of them look like Tuna cans. Nothing beats the look of a chrysler. The charger is only going to get better. cool clip!!!

To label1877, I like the new charger, especially with all the retro-decals, day-glo green paint & spoilers. It will out handle an old stock GTO, but it won't outrun one in a straitaway.

Ahhh the Dodge charger...I own one and it is by far a great car. I had a mercedes and it was always in the shop. German made vehicles are not all that great. Secondly, most of them look like Tuna cans. Nothing beats the look of a chrysler. The charger is only going to get better. cool clip!!!

To label1877, I like the new charger, especially with all the retro-decals, day-glo green paint & spoilers. It will out handle an old stock GTO, but it won't outrun one in a straitaway.

The list is endless. America had many timeless cars in just the 1930's decade. The 1937 FWD Cord,the 1939 Packard,the 1935 Duesenburg SSJ. Heck, I can mention many more and not even leave the 1930's.
