    I'm looking to put basically ANY distro of Linux on my ATV right now, but... Sadly, I can't figure out where to start.

    Am I going to have to take out the HDD, install linux on it, then put it right back in?

    Or am I going to have to install it, plug it in to a USB adapter, swap out with a special Kernel, etc?

    I'd appreciate any response, All the guides I'm finding are outdated :(
