This is definately the Fred Hartman Bridge in Baytown, Texas. I've been over it many times. It's a beautiful bridge... more beautiful than the Golden Gate in San Francisco even. My humble opinion only but I've been on both and the FH is gorgeous.
I do believe I was the first person to jog over the Fred Hartman bridge. It was the day the Governor George W. Bush dedicated it. Thank you for this nice video and Baytown is NOT Houston's poop - that's Channelview. LOL
My mom and dad helped build that. I have video of my mom on the very top of those orange triangle things. Unfortunately, my dad died before he saw it finished. A piece of him will always be in that bridge and that makes me happy!
I was born here. I wasnt raised here but I live here now and this bridge was a big deal when it was built. It is a natinal landmark now so go ahead and talk shit all day but it doesnt change the fact that this bridge changed Houston and its surrounding areas drastically.
I REALLY APOLOGIZE IS JUST THAT THE ANGLE WHERE THE VIDEO WAS TAKEN DIDN'T LOOK AS THE BAYTOWN BRIDGE BUT YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT THAT'S IT !!
