I feel your pain lol although my 78 Mustang is no longer stock, we all shared the same problem in the mid to late 70's - the decline of the muscle car thanks to OPEC and new smog laws coming into play. (140hp out of the SBF 302 as well, but mine has been bored and stroked to 331, need to take her to a dyno yet though)
