what is it like in WISCONSIN DELLS? i will be a student exchane student and be living in the dells where i will be taking my practicum in CHULA VISTA. Im from the Philippines and our flight is on March 15. can you advice me on what to wear? ill be staying until june. for me, 20 degrees celcius is already COLD.
