Now this is the fight the Govt should be personally involved in..it should go beyond suing them for cash because that would not bring those kids back..It's ok to put dictators on war crime tribunals,get'em hanged/murdered by stealth..but when a Western firm turns kids 2 guinea pigs and test a drug banned in the states on them,leaving them maimed and dead?..hmmn,they even shun our courts!..I don't promote suicide nor violence,bt I daresay a honorable man in Japan would have hung himself for this!

Twelve years later but it only gets bitter!
