If there wasn't the amazingly boring Triforce shard-collecting thing, Wind Waker would have been in my Top 3 fave Zelda games, 'cause it ruins pretty much everything for me once I get to that... I mean, the finishers to Ganondorf in both this and Twilight Princess are amazingly satisfying! But instead those 3 slots are taken by Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time, and now Skyward Sword.

He didn't want to keep living in the past, so he gave them a future. He had lived too long and regretted too many things, his time was more than up and he knew it.

For me, the most sad thing, is, after the credits, the scene in Outset Island, you can see that the King of Red Lions, the boat that the King of Hylure "controls", is now just a boat, with the eyes closed... with means, the King of Hylure died. :(

Despite the flack that this game tends to get, I found it to be the most difficult to beat. There is SO MUCH that goes into beating this game. That aside, the plot is cute and touching. It's a softer side of The Legend of Zelda graphically, and story wise... very deep... like the sea. ^-^
