  • My preschool had toilets with that toilet only with no tank. I think the flushvalve ones are more common then tank.

  • A church in my town has Standard Baby Devoro toilets from the 1950s in the Men & Ladies rooms(one in each restroom.) The adult toilets are 1950s Kohler Wellworths & the urinals are Standard Bering urinals.

  • How cute !

  • That's a cool toilet! Has to be one of the last low tanks ever made!

  • I remember Davis Farmland in Sterling MA had toilets that were low like this, and in the next stall were American Standard Maderas

  • weird, they probably installed it like that so the cistern height matches the normal toilets so they dont have to lower pipes? hmm we may never know!

  • A Luthiran School had a toilet somewhat like this one in the boys restroom in the first stall

  • The tank is the same age as the toilet and not older. Strange to find a Late 1980's-Early 1990's toilet with a low tank.

  • Yes, this is the tank version of the American Standard Baby Devoro toilet, model 2162. This one dates from 1986 to 1993.

  • @ClassicTVMan1981X They made a two piece low tank toilet in the 1980s-90s?!?! I've never heard of that in my life. Did they just keept the original elbow, and install a new tank and bowl?

  • @ILoveVintageToilets

I would think the bowl is the same, but that the tanks were different through the years to match the flush volume. I know the tank on this one is model 4083 but the bowl is model 3162 or something.
