The problem with trying to get 1000 view one a youtube video in one day is this... after a video receives so many views, the view count freezes, and won't update the actual view count until a day or so later...

I could see Google updating it's counter every few hours but it's been at 306 for about six hours now, since I last checked around noon AST. Seems a tad too long to know what you have to work towards if you have to get so many hits on the first day you post it.

for those of you that are apparently "new" to youtube, let me break down a few details for you simple people...lol

1. No matter how many times you actually watch the video, it will only count for 1 view in the end from your ip address.

2. Youtube updates its views every few hours, there are literally billions of videos on this site that need updates, just because a video you like doesn't update after you watch it 5 times doesn't indicated anything other than you've wasted your time. RELAX!!!!
