Everything would go to a black hole ... if ... there were nothing stopping gravity from pulling it down, e.g. electromagnetic interaction. Large quantities of matter are needed to make a black hole. "Crushing dimensions" out of matter has no physical meaning to me.

IE if the sun for some reason could and would turn into a black hole - the planets orbiting the sun would not suddenly be sucked into the black hole but continue their orbits.

Very nice - Time-space is warped by the clumping of everything from a grain of sand to stars and planets. The redshift exaggerated. The stings of galaxies, also a clumping-effect (the really big picture). And all that cause 3-D objects always "self-organizing" into 2-D structures. You may be on to something here. I´m thinking about/connecting to this, the surface-tension and crystallization. Is that the same kind of clumping? The same force? I really like this, makes me wonder!

What i'm asking is pretty straightforward, whether or not, according to your "theory", a movement such as Dark Flow (the flow of galaxies measuring a billion light year span of space NOT in a uniformly outward expansion; some flowing towards one central point) would perhaps be a consequence, or prediction, of your theoretical model of the universe.
No, I wouldn't have predicted that on such a scale though it's no more a theory killer for me than it is for the standard model. A billion light year span is quite a distance compared to the age of the universe so I'd say it's definitely problematic for any theory of existence. But like I said, I take these "observations" with a grain of salt till they are at least 25-30 years established. It could go the way of phlogiston ;o)

My theory requires ... absolutely ... that the fine structure constant decreases with time from 1 to 0 asymptotically. If it were to stay the same ... my goose would be cooked. Same for the electron/proton mass ratio and just about everything else. But that doesn't enable me to predict a huge flow of matter comparable to a large fraction of all the baryonic mass out to the Hubble radius.

If I developed it BEFORE the discovery of dark matter or dark energy, I'd be up there with Newton ;o) It's my theory's fit to the observations as best I can make it. That is, if my general theory is correct ... then ... this must be the cause of that phenomenon. There are only two basic theories in the venue : 1) there's more "stuff" out there with mass ... 2) Newton's gravitational theory must be modified. My theory falls in the second category. If the fine structure constant has changed so little in the last 10 billion years this would mean in your model that it converges exactly at a value that is ideal for the formation of life. So, how can such an effect operate measurably over a distance of millions of miles? A better explanation (accepted by many) is the asymmetric reflection of radiation by the radio communications dish. Two things. Firstly, WTH is up with gravitational lensing caused by so-called dark matter? Secondly, how does gravity force matter into lower energy states when black holes have more entropy than any objects of the same relative size; IE, the size of earth? I've concluded gravity is the universe's attempt to crush dimensions out of matter. We may actually agree in a way because, 3 dimensions probably have more "energy" than a flat 2 or a point-like single dimension.....

@hotcrossbones Something is bending light around large clusters of galaxies that is not accounted for in the standard model ... hence, dark matter caused it (not my view). Everything would go to a black hole ... if ... there were nothing stopping gravity from pulling it down, e.g. electromagnetic interaction. Large quantities of matter are needed to make a black hole. "Crushing dimensions" out of matter has no physical meaning to me.

Why do we need a holographic explanation that, in turn, must now explain the three dimensional construct? You see what I mean? The term 'holographic' and all that it implies must explain what we observe (3 dimensions). It would necessarily just add more words to any proposed solution. It isn't required so it shouldn't be used.

IE if the sun for some reason could and would turn into a black hole - the planets orbiting the sun would not suddenly be sucked into the black hole but continue their orbits.

Very nice - Time-space is warped by the clumping of everything from a grain of sand to stars and planets. The redshift exaggerated. The stings of galaxies, also a clumping-effect (the really big picture). And all that cause 3-D objects always "self-organizing" into 2-D structures. You may be on to something here. I´m thinking about/connecting to this, the surface-tension and crystallization. Is that the same kind of clumping? The same force? I really like this, makes me wonder!

There's also a relatively recent new "dark" discovery called Dark Flow. I'd be interested if u think ur theory would also be able to explain this anomaly.
It's based on observations of the CMB maps that show clusters of galaxies moving toward one central point, as opposed to expanding outward in all directions

What i'm asking is pretty straightforward, whether or not, according to your "theory", a movement such as Dark Flow (the flow of galaxies measuring a billion light year span of space NOT in a uniformly outward expansion; some flowing towards one central point) would perhaps be a consequence, or prediction, of your theoretical model of the universe.

No, I wouldn't have predicted that on such a scale though it's no more a theory killer for me than it is for the standard model. A billion light year span is quite a distance compared to the age of the universe so I'd say it's definitely problematic for any theory of existence. But like I said, I take these "observations" with a grain of salt till they are at least 25-30 years established. It could go the way of phlogiston ;o)

They have basically shown now that certain constants such a Alpha (which is fundamental to most the standard models of physics) has evidence to have changed over time. Data suggests that Alpha was a billionth to a millionth of a degree weaker than it was in the past. My theory requires ... absolutely ... that the fine structure constant decreases with time from 1 to 0 asymptotically. If it were to stay the same ... my goose would be cooked. Same for the electron/proton mass ratio and just about everything else. But that doesn't enable me to predict a huge flow of matter comparable to a large fraction of all the baryonic mass out to the Hubble radius.

Yes, it's my own theory developed from first principles that I've been developing for the past 48 years. No, I'm not a scientist ... if I was a scientist ... I'd have to kill myself. Any spacecraft should get a little shove back toward the Sun
that is in addition to the gravitational attraction and it should increase the further out one goes. The lensing is produced by a curved space ... my theory would just give it a little more of the same.

@Bantokfomoki so you developed your theory before the discovery of dark matter, dark energy, or the pioneer anamoly? Or did your theory develop after these anamolies after the fact in an attemp to explain them all with one theory?
So have you ever tried publishing anything then?

If I developed it BEFORE the discovery of dark matter or dark energy, I'd be up there with Newton ;o) It's my theory's fit to the observations as best I can make it. That is, if my general theory is correct ... then ... this must be the cause of that phenomenon. There are only two basic theories in the venue : 1) there's more "stuff" out there with mass ... 2) Newton's gravitational theory must be modified. My theory falls in the second category. It gets no attention 'cause I'm just a nobody.

An inward pushing force from spacial energies that keeps things from flying apart and also keeps them from crashing into each other. Non-visible light: There is allot of it. We can see that magnets have certain properties but we can't see the energy field that plays a role in their properties. Something about the relationship between the at least minute charges of atoms and the photo-electric fields around their nuclei.

Recent analysis of astronomical data implies that a higher value of the fine structure constant in the past is only the case for the southern sky. In the north it seems to be the other way round.

If the universe is as I suppose, the FSC must change. However, the rate of change may not be linear. For instance, it may have changed to its present value in the first 100 million years and is now changing at a lesser rate. Anyway, it's on the "back burner".

If the fine structure constant has changed so little in the last 10 billion years this would mean in your model that it converges exactly at a value that is ideal for the formation of life. Would be some kind of magic, wouldn't it? I think the friends of the anthropic principle and a random fluctuation of nature's constants in the universe can be more happy about this result.

Acceleration due to gravity ADG will increase as the bodies approach, like the comet Shoemaker-Levy hitting Jupiter in 1994.
The force of attraction is
F = G*m1*m2 / r*r which increases for smaller r.
The acceleration is F/m1
a = G*m2/r*r
m1 = comet
m2 = Jup..

This is an interesting theory. It sort of takes account of the rotation of galaxies being being approximately the same velocity at all distances from the centre. However, one argument for the dark matter theory is the gravitational lensing observations that support the hidden mass hypothesis.
Why have most physicists dismissed the notion that space behaves in was that gives the impression that invisible mass exists? There must be a good reason.

If the cause of the excess velocities in and of galaxies is as I say, it would also cause the same increased lensing effect.
There is a good reason why scientists think only in terms of a different kind of matter. They are looking for "more stuff" ... I am looking for "less stuff".
I'm going up the logical hill (induction) while they are going downhill (deduction). Hence, they have fallen and can't get up.
