Actually in order to gain exp and alot of caps at the same time is to go to paradise falls,collect the metronome gun at the first guard who stops you at the gate.then when you are fighting raiders,pull out this gun and fire it on any raider then talk to him,give him the collar and tell him to go to paradis fall.Then collect your paymentXD
