7 years oid when this blared out of every juke box, car and transister radio in Detroit. WKNR & CLKW must of played it every hour on the hour. Brings back some awesome memories. Still see these guys all over the Metro/Detroit area all summer and none have never lost a note. Tony & Joey stil sing as if they were in their prime.

Micale has bitterly said on stage many times that they never made a dime off the record. Not the sales nor any royalyties. ZERO. A damn shame.

In 1964 I was 20 years old worked at a distillery right out of High school and loved this song. First heard it going 80 miles an hour in a 1957 Pylmouth converable, top down middle of winter Starting to Snow with a friend and his girl it was their favorite song! We were going back and forth from Gino's Pottstown, Pa. ( Everyone goes to Gino's ) to the tropical Treat drivein in Stowe Pa
