  • TV show pitch for "Tony fucking Wilson: The fucking Timelord". Episode - Pilot:

In the distant future, the year 1996, Tony Wilson is resurrected back to life with a lazer attached to his arm and sent to the past to help stop the impending Y2K armageddon further in the future and allow for copious plot holes and Mcguffins. His first mission is to sign The Smiths to Factory records so Johnny Mar never plays for shit bands like Modest Mouse. Can he do it? Can he save humanity?

  • This is awesome.

  • @DeLoused777

No. No this is really not. Not anything close.

  • You little fruit cakes, go home listen to your little fag music.

You fucken fruity bastards have no clue about ROCK and ROLL!!!!

  • Morrissey + New York Dolls = an unpredictable mix

    (I like it!)

  • I like the Moz version better sorry

  • WHAT!!!!! GARBAGE!

THEY TOOK A NICE ROCK AND ROLL SONG AND MADE IT GAY!

  • @tampamike Oh fuck off.

  • @tampamike ur such a dumbass...Morrrissey is a huge New York Dolls fan (The gayest band ever?) and was key in getting them back together..as for this version, I'm guessing that the fact that the band is having some fun and being a little ironic with it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay above your (pin)head.

  • What a joke . English pop darlings tryin out some hard core prot

    opunk and failing well .

  • @peterm3964 watch out we have a BadAss! over here

  • @peterm3964 What a joke. Some dumb bastard attempts to post a comment in English on YouTube and fails.

  • i love that rubber man hand of his x) .... epic performance

  • Questo uomo è troppo figo!

  • I used to own the VHS of this - it's still around somewhere, I'm sure. This is way back when Alain Whyte and Boz Boorer looked like Lenny and Squiggy from "Laverne & Shirley."

  • te amo♥

  • used to have the whole concert on vhs. Can't wait for the bluray remaster.

  • Man, Boz sure was skinnier..

  • Oh god. I feel horrible. I like this version more than The New York Dolls' version; and I love the Dolls!

  • That was better than the Smiths

  • Crap.

  • @wideheadofknowledge maybe you should change your name to wide head of crapolla.

  • @wideheadofknowledge Because not agreeing with you about something so insignificant makes someone a moron, obviously!

By the way, I really liked the video, but you're still kind of a petty jerk... I think I'd rather be a moron, frankly, if I had to choose.

  • i understand this song now that morrissey sings it i liked the dolls versian but the emotion of it comes out with moz

  • great cover of a brave band...

  • corbin spun out...

  • love it.

  • I must say he does the song a favor by covering it, the song has WAY more life when he sings it as opposed to when the New York Dolls did....

  • Who is the drummer here? Is it Andrew Paresi?

  • It's Spencer Cobrin

  • I love Morrissey's voice but I so much prefer the original, he's really not suited to this music.

  • Nice cover of the NY Dolls!
