Yes they are. Notoriously aggresive in defending their territory, too.

Yeah, chimpmunks stuff their faces because they have little chippies to feed and plus they store for the winter so they don't starve. Humans steal and also eat way more than they should (some, not all of course).

Actuall, most Americans are starting to fall into the eating too much category based on the level of obesity.
I still think this Chipmunk is going to satsify its craving for human some day. Be warned.
