I love this! reminds me of my childhood, when my parents would take us out on a Friday or Saturday night for a new 'Dusk-til' Dawn' feature and supper from the Refreshment Stand! We used to go to the swings up on the playground under the screen right before the first movie began... then, when it was time for the movie, my Dad-along with a lot of other Fathers, would start beeping their horns as a signal to return to the car! What Great Memories!!!!
I miss going to drive ins also. We would go in our PJs and we had a station wagon with the (backer back, as we would call it) seat facing backwards. My dad would park with the back seat facing the screen and we would sit there and watch the movie till we fell asleep
There are times when I almost wish that I could have been in "the old times". There are many things that I wish I could find in our time. This movie is quaint and is definitely a movie that deserves a spot in Youtube.
