L4D How to Crown a Witch Normal - Expert (Pump)

Two, you obviously don't even own L4D 1 or 2, because if you did, you would know that on Easy/Normal/Advanced, one hit from the witch is an instant incap, but on Expert, it's an instant kill. And three, of coarse he used cheats, captain obvious. He turned them on, and used the following: "god 1" "give pumpshotgun" and "z_spawn witch" so he could quickly and safely practice cr0wing.

People, in L4D 1/2, Cr0wning the witch just means to kill her without startling her. all times the witch was killed without being freaked out, it was a cr0wn. On expert, you must go for headshots. bodyshots will not 1hit her.

I just wanted to mention, you actually didn't necessarily crown the witch on most of these, you just did enough damage to kill her with the pump since it was near the face area and it was a shotty at close range, I agree with mushroomskull, I actually only saw a few real crowns.

You don't have to shoot her in the face to kill her in one shot. You can shoot her in the back while she's sitting, in the chest, in the butt, and in the face. As long as every pellet lands inside of her it's a "Cr0wn" = crOWNED, get it?

It's developer console. Go to options I believe it is and it should be under multiplayer > advanced> Enable Developer Console. Make sure it's checked open up your own server, once you're in game hit the Tilda -->"~" key and type in z_spawn witch.

I cant Crown the Witch.................. i try to sneak up on her so i can get close and just 1 pump her with auto but she always gets up pwns me :(

Do you: 1) rush her asap and just shot her in head. OR

2) can you even sneak up and shoot her......

Well depends. If you're in expert, all you have to do is run up in front of her, crouch and aim at her chest.

In expert however, I would suggest coming from the front and waiting til she stands up and just shooting her in the head. TURN THE FLASH LIGHT OFF though, that makes her stand up like 2-3x faster giving you less time to act. I wouldn't recommend sneaking up on the witch because it is a bit harder, and some buckshot might miss.

The best part of versus is when the infected team is getting so pissed that the survivors are romping on them that they use theyre whole team to surround the witch(happened to me) and you still manage to crown her and kill the whole team lmfao
