im from Pakistan, love this music, look at the instruments they are using, its a fusion song, east and western tunes. i listen to it every day, you need to listen real hard, and you will hear so many diff kinds of tunes coming out. its too brilliant.

the song is about how algeria and other northern African countries have fallen into "really bad times" due to the escalating violence between ever changing African governments. you can just google it. Barra Barra translates==Outside (meaning the urge to leave these troubled areas)
